It's time to welcome another new member the family at Strive. Marcie is joining us to lose some weight and get in the best shape of her life.
After our first training session together, the one thing that stood out about her was her strength and technique. I will tell you that I have honestly never seen ANY first time client, including athletes, have the form she does during her body weight squat. I gave her a few quick ques, but I am not sure if she really needed them. She started pumping out great form from the get-go.(Weight on heels, initiate the movement with her hips going back, chest staying tall, etc.)
Marcie even went on to pump out 27-28 quality push ups over 4 sets! Marcie will certainly be setting the bar high for everyone. Over the next 4 weeks, at her next progress check, I expect to see some big big things.
